Shipment processing time

We usually take 1 day to to process dispatch orders (including weekends and holidays).

In holiday seasons or high inflow of orders, there is a possibility of the orders getting delayed. We will notify you accordingly via email or phone, or text and keep you updated in case of delays. Please bear with us in those rare circumstances.

All UK orders are free post.

We ship via a variety of delivery services to minimise costs, including Royal Mail, UPS, DX and Hermes. Where applicable we will supply tracking detail via email.

Delivery of goods is 3 to 5 from receipt of your order. Please contact us if you require faster delivery and we will happily quote you a price

Return & Exchange Policy
Thanks for your purchase with us. In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days to return the goods to the following address:

Please keep in mind that any item sent for a full refund must be delivered in unused and in the same condition as you received it, with the tags still on the product.
In the event an item is received broken or damaged, then you will be given a full refund or we’re happy to exchange the item, dependent on what you are likely to prefer.

Please note that it is the customer who is responsible for return shipping fees and we cannot take responsibility for the delivery time or loss of a returned package, so we recommend using tracking numbers to insure your package is returned to us.
